What is included in the price for a night?

Our prices include your bed for the night, your bed linen and duvets, hot shower, continental breakfast and full use of all our facilities.

Are any of the rooms en suite ?
A.
Yes, all of our bedrooms are en-suite.
Q.
Are bedrooms single sex only ?
A.
No. We have a mix of single and multi sex bedrooms.

What are the check in and check out times ?
A.
Guests can check in at any time. Your room may not be ready to move into
until 2 pm. Check out time is by 11.00 am.

Is there a curfew ?
A.
No. We are open 24 hours and reception is attended at all times.

Do you provide meals ?
A.
We do not offer prepared meals, but we do have a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a range of inexpensive and top quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Can I wash my clothes ?

Yes. We have a laundry facility for guests to wash and dry their clothes.

Can I leave my luggage and valuables in the hostel ?
A.
Yes. You can ask to leave your valuables with our reception staff for safe keeping. We have a luggage room for keeping bags and rucksacks safe while you're out and about.

Do you have a towel service?

Yes. A towel hire service is available.

Is smoking permitted within the premises?

No, but we have our designated smoking area for our guests.

Is there a bike storage facility?

Yes. A bike storage facility is available.

Are there parking facilities?

Yes. We do have vallet parking in front of our Hostel, €10 per day. A bike parking facility is also available free of charge.

Can I store my bags after I check out? Can I store my bags before I check in?
A.
Yes! We have a free luggage room where you can leave your bags for the day. We also have a special lockers suitable for laptops/passports etc. Refundable deposit of €5 for the key is collected.

Howmuch does internet cost?

Nothing! It's free of charge! We have 2 internet terminals that any of our guests can use and we also have free WiFi access through the building.

Do you have hairdryers/adaptors?

Can I book a female room only?

What method of payments do you accept?
A.
We accept cash, credit and debit cars. Also we can accept bank transfers and cheques if paid prior your arrival to th Hostel.

What is your cancellation policy?
A.
We have 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be received by us by 2pm, 24 hours prior arrival date to avoid charge.
Q.
What happens when I do not cancel my booking on time?
A.
If you do not arrive for your booking and you have not cancelled24 hours before 2pm in advance we will charge you for the balance of the first night's stay and cancel the rest of your booking.

Do you have age restrictions?
A.
No - everyone from 0 to 100 is welcome at Citihostels, but please note that any guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot share dormitory rooms.
