| One of the Georgian Houses making up our Hostel was at one time the residence of Colonel His Highness Raymond Moulton Seaghan, Prince O'Brien of Thomond, Earl and Count of Thomond, Count of Pogla ( Constitutionally and Judically entitled the O'Brien Prince of the Dalcassians of Thomond), of Clare Castle, Principality of Thomond. The prince's family crest remains to be seen on front wall of the house. |
